Small / needs to be renovated

View is very good. The young lady, who is managing the flat, is very pleasant and helpful.

It is very small - would be fit for one person in its current condition, at most two people if it were to be renovated.

Excellent location, couldn't have been easier to access on arrival, no fuss with key left in lock box, excellent communication throughout booking and during stay. Incredibly helpful and kind staff who didn't bother me at all through the week but went above and beyond when I needed help! The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for one person or a couple, with a spacious balcony (good for gear) with a fantastic view of the resort and slopes.

Having to pay extra for bed linen - I don't see what the alternative would be - to bring my own?! Also It wouldn't be too much to ask that there are supplies of soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin bags etc for your stay especially when you're asked to clean, and empty bins, etc at the end of your stay (which I was happy to do).

Schönes Studio in toller Lage mit tollem Panoramablick

Zentrale Lage und doch ruhige Lage im stylischen 60er-Jahre Ortskern Le Lac, unweit (nur ein paar Schritte) von Pisten, Liften und Geschäften. Fantastischer Blick auf das Tal, im 6. OG gelegen, Aufzug (klein) vorhanden. Studio für zwei Personen ausreichend, wirklich gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sauber. Zweckmäßige Inneneinrichtung. Freundlicher Empfang durch Mélodie. Ausreichend und rechtzeitig Informationen vor Anreise erhalten. WLAN vorhanden und stabil. Seife im Bad, Geschirrspülmittel und Schwamm, Gewürze, Küchenhandtuch, Badvorleger sowie Toilettenpapier wurden gestellt.

Skischränke haben gerade so für zwei Personen ausgereicht (wie bei mehr als zwei Personen Ski und Skischuhe dort untergebracht werden können, bleibt ein Geheimnis, ist aber für französische Skistationsverhältnisse normal!). Klappbetten sind relativ schräg und Matratzen leider etwas zu hart. Bauartbedingt ist das Gebäude etwas hellhörig (wir hatten zum Glück relativ ruhige Nachbarn). Preis für Bettwäsche erscheint überzogen (wir hatten deshalb unsere eigene dabei). Pfanne und einige Teller waren vom Vorgänger noch fettig/unsauber.

Séjour parfait dans un petit studio mais dans un grand domaine

L'appartement fait 20 m² mais c'est bien conçu. On y était à 4 et on a laissé les lits superposés dépliés tout le séjour en pouvant quand même encore nous déplacer. Il y avait suffisamment de plan de travail pour cuisiner, une taque avec 4 points, ce qui est rare et pratique, un four traditionnel et un micro-ondes, tous les ustensiles et les produits de cuisine nécessaires... Les espaces communs du rez-de-chaussée sont vastes et équipés de bancs. On peut tous se chausser et se déchausser aux heures de pointe. Mélodie, la gardienne, est disponible et adorable. L'emplacement est parfait car très proche du départ des cours de ski, des remontées mécaniques, de la piscine, des magasins (Carrefour Montagne, Sherpa, magasins de matériel, de souvenirs...) et Tignes-le-Lac est un endroit stratégique pour partir découvrir tout le domaine skiable Tignes - Val d'Isère. La station est parfaite pour les familles avec la piscine dont l'accès est compris dans le forfait, la plaine de jeux, la piste de luge, le labyrinthe, les igloos... Comme son nom l'indique, ce studio offre une vue magnifique. Voir le jour se lever depuis le canapé-lit est un plaisir chaque matin.

- J'ai trouvé le prix élevé pour un 20 m² mais je me rends compte que c'est normal, surtout dans un domaine skiable aussi génial. - Je n'ai pas eu de coup de foudre pour Tignes-le-Lac au premier abord car l'architecture y est très hétéroclite mais finalement, je m'y suis attachée. - L'appartement montre des signes de vieillesse (les meubles de cuisine sont un peu endommagés, le rideau de douche mériterait d'être changé, le spot de la salle de bain doit mais va être réparé...) - Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques et les phares de dameuses pourraient réveiller ceux qui aiment dormir dans l'obscurité. - Il faut bouger la table pour pouvoir ouvrir le canapé-lit. Je l'avais vu sur les photos qui ne sont pas mensongères mais il faut le savoir. - Ce n'est pas grave mais il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle.
