About this apartment rental
For rent, a fully renovated 30m² furnished studio for 4 people. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people in a quiet residence (caretakers on site) and lets you take advantage of its great light and its south-facing terrace.
In winter, the apartment offers a real departure and return on skis! It is ideally located 1 minute by ski from the main ski lifts and ski lessons! On foot, the main shops and activities of the resort are available to you within 300m!
In summer, you are 3 minutes walk from the multi-activity area (tennis, trampolines, ...) of the lake, the swimming pool and ski lift departures for the Bike Park.
His situation:
- Tignes-le-Lac,
- 'le Bec rouge' building
- facing south (facing Tovière and Grande-Motte),
- departure and arrival on skis: the track passes 10m from the ski locker!
- shops 100 m away.
The apartment:
- a living room which includes kitchen, dining area and living room (sofa bed)
The open kitchen equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster ...
The dining area for 4 people
The lounge area equipped with: 1 sofa bed for 2 pers., 1 relax armchair, TV, DVD player
- a sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds
- a large closet to store and dry your ski boots
- a bathroom with: bath, heated towel rail
- a separate toilet
- a large terrace of 14 m².
Available: 1 large ski locker (room closed at night).
The arrival and departure for rental is done by the basement and allows to unload the luggage at the shelter, in front of the elevator.
Possibility of garage in the residence on request 75 € (at the price of public parking obligatory and paying; Parking in the station is prohibited).
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.

Perfect ski in ski out well equipped apartment. Even with all our luggage for a long stay plenty of storage space. Would be fine for 2 adults with smaller children - maybe a little snug for older teenagers. Jerome could not have been more helpful - our every query was answered and dealt with immediately in a super friendly way.
