Aggiungerei solo qualche piccolo dettaglio in cucina come delle tovagliette per la colazione, un tagliere e poco altro

Honestly the whole check in part. They call me the same day of the check in to tell me that they can’t come to the apartment and i need to reach them in the office on the other side of Milan to pick up the keys. This was never highlighted to me during the booking of the apartment,so quite disappointed I try to push for them to come to the apartment or to leave me the keys somewhere. I was with my car as well and i couldn’t reach their office inside of zona C in milan. Finally they find a solution, we opt for seamless check in. They call me again shortly after that, i need to sign a contract and pay the tax fee. Tourism tax is fine, it’s everywhere in Italy - but a contract?!? Which is basically a menu of prices to pay: in case of.. the weirdest one is about garbage and how to bin things correctly. There is written it will be 50€ penalty fee to pay if not done correctly like written on the trash bins in the apartment. Surprise surprise the trash bins have no instructions anywhere . And i mean the contract is in italian, how do people do from abroad which are not knowledgeable of italian rules and don’t speak italian to read the contract? It was just a waste of time to read through the contract.. and it is not what i expect when booking an apartment for 3 days . This is the first ever time it happens to me, so there must be a different way to deal with this and do a easier, simpler, smoother check in? Finally, paid the deposit - yes 200€ deposit for possible damages. Again very disappointing because when i use such a service like Booking.com i expect the experience to be as easy as possible. Anyway deposit released after 5 days the booking has finished. Such a shame cause this property has so much potential but the experience was not pleasant!

The room is very nice and big. And especially very clean, really polished.

This thing of having to take the opening from such a distant place is very problematic. Although it is written that way. But the distance is a serious distance that requires traveling by taxi or car. It is difficult after landing to make the whole round.
