Location is excellent. Felt very safe. Garden terrace was handy. Communication was great. Air fryer and coffee maker was great to have. Good tv.
Being honest the Furnishings are basic, beds are uncomfortable and no space out the front like the other houses and No air-conditioning downstairs. We had to keep emptying the aircon collection bottles as they wernt plumbed to the waste pipes which was a pain. We had friends staying in the same complex for similar money and their houses were much more modern. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The holiday house was in a lovely, quiet area with pool facilities within the residence. It was a short stroll to Burriana beach and 15 minutes walk to town. Great location for a family holiday

Great location and reactive host.
Comfy beds and good selection of amenities inc sun beds and beach brolly.
Property in need of some upgrading and at better cleaning.
A bit noisy from neighboring hotel's air con system and other works
Property air con dripping onto courtyard canopy which needs changing
