Apartamentul este amplasat la cateva minute pe jos de centrul istoric, dormitorul este foarte spatios, design-ul este dragut, are centrala si AC, plus facilitati utile tip mini frigider, espressor Nespresso (nu le-am folosit, dar nice to have). Owner-ul a fost foarte amabil si a raspuns rapid.
Dormitorul nostru (Ap.1) avea geamurile catre strada, motiv pt care nu am reusit sa ne odihnim, in plus cladirea vibreaza cand trec masini mai mari sau motoare cu viteza. Curatenia a lasat de dorit...cel mai mult m-a deranjat faptul ca vasul de toaleta avea capacul stropit destul de evident (din pacate nu am facut poze pt ca era dezgustator) desi avea semnul de hartie ca a fost igienizat...Erau panze de paianjen pe tavan in baie, covorul din hol era prafuit si patat, priza de sub oglinda din hol era iesita din perete, si se simtea miros de canalizare din curtea interioara. Ca idee, nu as reveni, desi localizarea parea promitatoare.
