Poziționare buna fata de centrul istoric
Curtea interioara arată deplorabil si nu este prezentata in imagini. In camera lipsesc multe lucruri esențiale. Este zgomotoasa, fiind la strada cu geamuri vechi care nu izolează fonic aproape deloc. Produsele cosmetice erau pe terminate, frigiderul era doar de decor racea foarte putin. In baie apa ni se scurge , mai degrabă curge afara. Multi păianjeni la colturi.
