Es un sitio muy especial, tranquilo y familiar. Ideal para el descanso y la desconexión.
La anfitriona se llama Ana, muy atenta, se preocupa de la comodidad en la Quinta, pero también de que disfrutes del entorno. Te da ideas para visitar la comarca y alrededores.
Apartamento acogedor con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa.
Cerca de Luarca, de playas como la de Barayo y de miradores como "El Chano".

L’environnement est calme et reposant. La literie est confortable.
Le poulailler et le trampoline apporte une bonne distraction pour les plus jeunes.

The welcome from the owner was incredibly warm and friendly. This immediately made us feel at ease. You can easily park your car in the accommodation’s private parking lot. The Wifi works very well. The three-room apartment is clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s a good dishwasher and an excellent washing machine. Cooking on the induction hob works very well (just takes a moment to figure out how it works). The large garden, with a view of a cornfield, is truly fantastic—you can enjoy the sun all day long! On the (partially shared) terrace, there are also two wooden dining tables, one of which you share with other guests. We came here for peace and quiet, and we certainly found it. In addition, there’s a beautiful sandy beach about a 30-minute walk away (Playa de Salinas)!
There was really nothing that disappointed us, but the only thing we did miss was having a electric kettle. However, it's important to note that if you book this apartment, you definitely need a car. The immediate surroundings don’t offer any amenities. The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. We often walked to Luarca, which is a beautiful but fairly challenging walk of about half an hour.
