Apartments Laguna Gisela

Spacious apartment with rooms as advertised. Bedroom OK. Nice interior. All in all: very OK, seen from an apartment comfort standpoint. Host was on premises and he is a good character.

The yard is loud! It depends on your luck if you have quiet neighbours, also in adjacent buildings. This, however, is nothing the apartment can influence much. Only small issues with the room. Faucet appliances used are reason for a few frowns: Dishwashing is annoying, water goes everywhere; Shower can not be rotated, soaking the whole bathroom despite that there's a curtain. The pans provided are too big for the small stove. TV kinda unwatchable for German (many channels had technical issues and the streaming services not set up). Also annoying: They trick you with the parking. The parking ticket you get is NOT valid for the parking lot nearby. You have to park somewhere else. "The reverse alarms of heavy trucks, which you hear up in your room (trucks frequent the post subsidiary nearby) remind you daily of the fact, that there's a huge parking lot outside that you unfortunately cannot use..." (Not totally serious but you get the point)

The owners are really nice and helpful. I needed some extra equipment as I was there for work and got everything to my stay as comfortable as possible.

The only negative point I have to mention could be easily fixed though. Having a light sleep, the noises coming from the other appartments caused from moving chairs or other things made it difficult for me to rest. This could be avoided by putting felt pad under all chair legs, tables or whatever else is movable.
