Marrocha estate was not too crowded in April. The 3 Pools were good. Our Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was plenty big enough for 6 adults.

The grounds were poorly kept with weeds growing everywhere in flower beds and lawns except for the pool and reception areas. A lovely Crazy Golf course created about 6 years ago had been allowed to fall into disrepair and is now full of tall weeds, with stony debris lying on the putting areas - such a shame, this could be such a good facility. And there is now only one usable tennis court, while another one has been allowed to fall into disrepair beside a derelict restaurant building which closed down many years ago.. We have visited this place many times at Easter over the last 40 years so this deterioration in maintenance is very apparent to us.

We love the location, the layout of the accommodation. The heated indoor pool always goes down a treat. Clean towels every couple of days.

Unfortunately the bar/restaurant wasn't open during our stay, due to renovations. The showers in the apartment do need updating, they don't stay in their holders.

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, air conditioning worked well, location was also pretty good.

The apartment was horrible value of the money spent. The apartment was old and not particularly well maintained, there was a safe but not key for our valuables, basic supplies like paper towels were non-existent, wifi via the mobile dongle was horrible, if I had to work last week, the wifi wouldn’t support a stable teams meeting. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, not enough pillows for everyone and the best…. No clothing washer…. We had some friends the rented another unit, 19b from Airbnb they paid about $500 less for the same stay and were in a fully furnished, fully renovated apartment… we will return, but never again via booking.com or via the Villa Marrocha website.
