Beautifully renovated and stunningly furnished pool home, new on the rental market! 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 car garage overlooking Golf Couse. This beauty has everything you could want in a sleek, very comfortable vacation home. The very inviting pool area with covered Lanai for casual outdoor relaxation and entertaining, allow for the enjoyment of beautiful sunsets and good times. Private and serene. Rotonda West is located on the southwest coast of Florida. Rotonda West is a lovely, established community in the picturesque area known as Cape Haze. Twenty-six miles of canals, plus ponds and lakes that are abundant with fish and wildlife, are community attractions, as well as several sandy beaches nearby. Boating is popular in Lemon Bay and around Boca Grande. The nearby Gulf of Mexico offers some of the best fishing in the world. One of Rotonda West’s greatest assets is overlooked and underused… Don Pedro Island. For those unfamiliar with Don Pedro, it is the ecologically sensitive barrier island between Little Gasparilla Island and Knight Island, slightly southwest of Rotonda West, just beyond Cape Haze. It is truly gorgeous, a broad, pristine beach, provided – originally by the developer, now by the state – with a well maintained shelter, picnic tables, cooking grilles, restroom, shower and drinking water facilities. When family or friends visit, set aside a day for Don Pedro. You will need to rent a boat or go with friends who have a boat to easily access Don Pedro or you can access the island via the Palm Island ferry service. There is no bridge so it's boat or ferry. It only takes a few minutes to cross. To access all the information you'll need, please visit the Palm Island Transit for information about the car ferry. This beach is so beautiful and pristine, with so many gorgeous shells to find; you can dunk in the warm Gulf, and simply enjoy this comfortably nearby piece of Paradise. Don't miss it. The house was just as it looks! Very accommodating and fit all of our needs. The back yard was beautiful with the golf course there. Olga the representative with VRBO was amazing and took care of any questions we had immediately! This made our stay even better. We had an amazing time and would stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay in this place. The house was very clean, and the pool was well-maintained and refreshing. Great location, not far from the Boca Grande beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Olga gave us all the info we needed for a smooth check-in and was always available for our questions.
