About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated unique 2 bedroom one bath apartment. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Located on the first level of building (requiring taking a few steps up to enter). This unit features 10ft ceilings in living space and queen bedroom. The décor is simply gorgeous and airy. Included are plenty of amenities. Bedroom 1 -has (2) twin size beds. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed. These mattresses are memory comfort to minimize motion. The living room has a leather queen sofa bed that can accommodate (2) addt guests. All linens are cozy and comfortable. Pillows are all secured with allergen/dust mite protectors. Comforters are alternative down with duvet covers. Addt pillows and blankets are available upon requests.
Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking sheets, etc to suit cooking needs.

We had a relaxing weekend with our immediate family before our daughter went back to college. The immaculately clean and cozy space was perfect for our family getaway.

Property was very clean and tastefully decorated. Hosts were prompt to communicate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only things I would have changed: one bedroom was very small with no storage or even room for suitcase. Luggage had to be stored in adjacent entry hallway, which made it a bit of an obstacle course to get into and out of the apartment.

My friends and I had girls weekend in Canandaigua and stayed here. It’s a great location right on Main St. and within walking distance to the lake and all of the shops in town. The interior appears to be all brand new and they thought of all of the little things like having make up removal wipes and creamer for coffee. We didn’t want to leave!!
