Location near to Burden’s store, and not far to L’Anse Aux Meadows and Burnt Cape. Spaciousness, novelty, two bathrooms, comfortable beds, reasonable price for the four of us.
Initial shortage of some kitchen items but Eric fulfilled our requirements quickly.

It was a unique experience staying in an old school. The price couldn’t was a great bonus. Paul was a great host. He suggested we go to Skipper Hot’s for the Friday night music and dancing and it was the most enjoyable out our Newfoundland experiences.

The room was adequate and I liked having a kitchenette. It was convenient to both L"anse aux Meadows and Homestead historic sites St Anthony
The owner is still developing the property so there were tools and supplies standing around.
