The apartment itself is very big, very, very well furnished, with everything needed there (even a filter for the water so you can drink from the tap), comfortable and simply nice to be in. TV not only in the living room, but also in the smaller rooms. So it felt luxurious :). For a price I had a room in Al-Minya etc. in Fayum I had a grand apartment. The apartment is located in the centrum of the city, you can walk to the water-wheels. If you take a microbus from Bani Suwayf city (coming from the south), you can just get out of it right at the doorstep, skipping all the hussle of going to the microbus stop and then to the place. I am sure the neighbourhood is safe, because there's a police station quite close :). The owner was helpful.
