الشقة مجهزة ومطبخ متكامل قرب الخدمات والبقالات والمخابز ومحلات الطيور والدواجن قريب منه هايبر جملة ممتاز ويوفر كل ماتحتاجون صاحب الشقة الدكتور عاطف إنسان راقي حارس العمارة لطيف ومتعاون وفيه ابنه يخدمكم بالمشتريات السعر ممتاز
تحتاج اهتمام أكثر بالنظافة إزعاج الأصوات في الشارع فلا تناسب اللي نومهم حساس (وممكن الحل بتدبيل زجاج النوافذ لمنع أو تقليل الأصوات) وجود كلاب سائبة بالحارة لازم لها حل

الشقه ممتازه والعفش ممتاز فقط الدخول الداتي متعب جدآ ودايم لخبطه في كود دخول الشقه ارجوا الاهتمام لانه متعب جدآ للسكن في فشل الكود بتاع الشقه بعض ساعات تجلس ساعه لمحاولة دخول الشقه ولايوجد صاحب الشقه لانه خارج مصر
الدخول الذاتي متعب ودائم فشل الكود بعض ساعات توقف ساعه حتى يعمل كودالدخول ارجوا تغيره حتى الحارس لايستطيع مساعدة الساكن في الدخول كوددخول الشقه دايم فاشل
