Absolutely quiet. The terrace with its view is a dream. I had a wonderful one week stay in January. I was ready for cold nights, but there were duvets, so I felt really comfortable, without AC-heating, which I don’t like (although it’s of course available). I felt warmly welcomed by the owner Vasilis and its mother, who lives upstairs and offered me some tasty food. It’s the well known geek hospitality!
The place of some light switches is not very logic. But it’s easy to get used to it.

Good location above the town with lovely views over the active channel between the island and mainland. Spacious terrace very nice to have breakfast and evening sundowners. Host was very responsive and helpful.
when you get off the ferry Google maps typically routes you round the waterfront before launching you up 125 step steps. There is a much easier way if you turn left and follow a black tarmac road which then gives only 25 steps, which is what we used every time afterwards. might help if booking system sent out the alternative route in the booking information
