BAY VILLAS No 15

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the apartment is excellent, and the space itself is comfortable, cozy, and very clean. Clean bed linens and fresh towels were provided, making us feel right at home. ​The smart door lock with a code at the entrance was super convenient, as we didn't have to pass physical keys back and forth between us. It was also great that there were air conditioners and fans in every room, which kept the apartment very comfortable. ​The place is extremely well-equipped for a convenient stay: having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge plus, and having a bathtub was a lovely touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find rain umbrellas, as well as a beach mat and sand toys for our child. The kitchen had plenty of cookware (pots and pans), so we were able to cook meals at home with ease. Providing dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets made everything even more comfortable.

There were a few minor details that could be improved. The doors to the bathroom and toilet had no locks at all and couldn't be secured. There was only enough washing powder provided for half a load, and one of the two umbrellas was broken. Upon arrival, we noticed a slight musty/moldy smell, though it disappeared once we aired the apartment out. Lastly, parking directly to the left of the complex (as indicated) was unavailable because there were no free spots, so we had to park along the road opposite the building. Suggestions for improvement: It would be great to have simple internal locks on the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet doors for privacy. Providing a bit more laundry detergent (enough for a few full loads) would be very helpful. Adding a few more plates to the kitchen would also be a nice touch for convenience, even though there are enough basic dishes.

Great location and exactly how it was described.

Great location close to shops and pool. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, with nice touches like a picnic rug. Balconies were lovely and the beds were comfy. We loved the heated saltwater pools.

The place wasn't very clean when we arrived. I mentioned this to the host, and asked whether there was a mid-stay linen change, but got no response.
