Location was good, withing walking distance to main street. Property was well presented and kitchen well stocked with some essential foods/spices etc.

Furniture a little dated and dull. The main bathroom and third bedroom could do with a full length mirror. Bathrooms a little outdated and could also do with some supply of body lotion. More instructions should be given regarding air conditioners/fans and TV/modem etc. Only one lounge chair in the pool area and little room for any other outdoor furniture except for table and chairs. No grassed area.

Loved the location, close to the beach and only a short walk to the shops. Great that it had its own pool, the layout of the house is perfect for families and it feels very private even though there are other units around.

Our main issues were with the management of the property and some of the cleaning. - Two weeks before our arrival, I asked that the BBQ would have a gas bottle as many places we have stayed at before have always run out/been empty. I was assured that they had someone around to change it if necessary. On second night we planned a big BBQ meal. Gas bottle was empty. If management had taken the time to lift up the bottle and feel it’s weight they would have known this. We had planned the BBQ for dinner so couldn’t call anyone which was incredibly annoying. This has happened before as per an Air BnB review posted by another vacationer earlier. - I also requested that we have the two downstairs bedrooms made up (they lock the 3rd which isn’t used) as we have a toddler and I wanted to be on the same floor. When we got there, one bedroom was made up the other downstairs didn’t have any linen on the bed. We also only had two bath towels available. I went to look for a cupboard or something with extra linen and made my way upstairs to see if there was a linen cupboard or something and saw the main bedroom (which we didn’t use) was made up. So again, the booking agent didn’t listen or at least didn’t check in with the cleaner. - Garage door stopped working on the second day. We had to park our rental car out on the street on the property next door’s nature strip. This was incredibly frustrating as it rained for multiple days and we had to run out to the car and drive it into the property to pick up the other adult with the toddler and then reverse out again. Once again, we followed it up with the agent who just kind of shifted the responsibility onto someone else. There was no follow up, we messaged them a few times and the response was a bit like “not my problem.” - Dishwasher needs a good wipe out in the hinge part of the door. All the build up on old food and dirt is really gross. You’d expect that to be clean at a property of this price and standard.
