The service was absolutely first-class – very professional, courteous, and attentive, with plenty of staff available. The breakfast service in the restaurant was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy, and tables were cleared quickly. There was always plenty of food available throughout the entire breakfast service, and everything was constantly replenished. The restaurant was well organised and easy to navigate. There were several coffee machines, so there were virtually no queues or waiting. There were always plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, and everything else needed. I had the opportunity to stay at another four-star hotel for the last two days, and unfortunately, it did not come close to the standard of this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The only thing I didn’t really like was not related to the hotel itself, but rather to some of the guests. People would come to the pool in the morning, leave their towels on the sun loungers to reserve them, and then disappear for two or even three hours. This meant that other guests who actually wanted to spend time by the pool could not always find a place to relax. I didn’t like the fact that people could reserve sun loungers with towels and then leave for a long time without using them.

Good convenient location. Nice rooms, clean and spacious. I would also like to commend the staff, who throughout my stay were polite, professional, and assertive, while maintaining a very welcoming and helpful attitude.

Since my room was above the bar. Sometimes there was noise from the guests sitting in the bar till late, even after 2300.

Small pool area

Incredibly comfortable bed and great a/c which meant a wonderful nights sleep.

The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and there were far too many kids for this style of hotel.
