Size of the house. Has so much room. We loved the fully fenced front and side yards for the dogs!! Semi-stocked kitchen. Very close proximity to the beach.
Advertised as having a bbq grill but there was none. Some blinds are hard to open/close. Should provide a fan for at least the top and bottom areas.

location
several kitchen utensils not present. burned /melted plastic spatulas. no decent deep soup bowls. hot water can come out scalding-even shower this is a liability for you. no hand support rails in downstairs shower or a bath mat in the tub to stop from slipping-liability for you. (my wife is disabled) The lighting in the house is terrible. no bedside lights. warm light upstairs mostly then a very horrible searing cold blue light to light the wood bar slab. bathroom upstairs and downstairs had cold lighting-the exact opposite of warm light one would expect. the paintings and decor nick nacks are hard to look at. stuck in the seventies. if you want 6.5 foot ceilings and brutal 70s decor with scalding hot water come here. oh, dont forget to see the clown painting.
