Size of the house. Has so much room. We loved the fully fenced front and side yards for the dogs!! Semi-stocked kitchen. Very close proximity to the beach.
Advertised as having a bbq grill but there was none. Some blinds are hard to open/close. Should provide a fan for at least the top and bottom areas.

Location was amazing, it was very comfortable and spacious. Gorgeous views from every window!

Location was great. Great crabbing and sightseeing.
The house has not been professional cleaned. Floors and carpet were dirty. Almost every dish in the kitchen was dirty. The oven was unusable as it appears to have never been cleaned. No sheets for the second bed upstairs. Complintary soap was empty in bathroom.
