Sehr gute Lage und die Größe des Apartments!
Ziemlich dunkel im Apartment was Tageslicht betrifft! Langsam abfliessendes Wasser im Bad und in der Küche. Lockerer WC-Sitz in der Toilette!

Great location. The host was thoughtful and helpful. The place was quite clean, and I was allowed to check in early — which I really appreciated.
First of all, if you’re entering “Kholodna 20” into the taxi app, it will likely take you to the wrong location. You need to select Kholodna 20A — make sure of that.
Secondly, the apartment itself feels like an old grandmother’s house — clean and tidy, yes, but with a very dated atmosphere. Some might find it charming; I personally didn’t.
The biggest downside for me was the extremely uncomfortable mattress — my back was literally screaming in pain.
The apartment was also very cold, and by 7 AM there was a lot of noise, after which I couldn’t fall back asleep.
