Location and separated bedroom. Important that it has wardrobes. It’s comfortable for long stay.
No cleaning is provided. Cleaning is very important. I stayed for 20 days and I had to pay extra for cleaning. It’s unacceptable for me that for long stays cleaning is not provided at all. Other companies provide cleaning at least every week without asking. If it was rent for some days, the owners should pay more for cleaning. Additionally, there was no product for cleaning ( including for the washing machine). There were only for the dish washer but no instructions for use.
