Nomadic Hostel

Uncomplicated budget dorm. You get what you pay for in terms of comfort, but everything works fine and the staff are nice. It’s within walking distance of the main attractions, which is very convenient, and the view from the terrace is quite nice.

I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. As a woman traveler, I felt completely safe, which was very important to me. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and helpful. The beautiful terrace and calm atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Water supply

The shower had amazing pressure and was always hot. 50rupees for a towel. The owner helped me with my onward travel as best he could. There is a roof that gets the sun in the day. Kitchen is useful for water and tea and the fridge etc.

The dorm is mixed which has never been a problem for me until sharing with teenage boys who take extra long showers, mess about and stare a little too long. Maybe a female only dorm would be worth doing. The bathroom was easy to clean with a squeegee but it wasn't cleaned by staff the whole time I was there, including the bin being emptied. No bin in room either. Not every bed had blankets, and they wouldn't be cleaned or aired before the next guest. The room is FREEZING, they need heavier curtains and extra blankets for people to make it more comfortable. The kitchen is definitely useful but it was pretty dirty. I was made to write a Google review while the owner was next to me, this happened to me in another place too. V awkward. Also get better seating outside! You have this amazing rooftop but 2 single chairs and some crappy tyre stool things, some people like spending the day in a nice outside area, and it hasn't been made nice in the slightest
