Good price and value. A bit away from supermarkets and food. Good walking/cycling trail running along the river.
Someone in the building was booming their music until nearly 1am in the morning. Luckily, it was a late night for me as well.

There were plenty of towels and a good bathroom.
It was very noisy with a train level crossing behind the house which rings every time a train crosses, plus you can clearly hear the trains. I hardly slept at all all night. The accommodation is located in the back of beyond and is very inconvenient. Some of the electric sockets are broken and dangerous. The front door lock doesn't work properly and the owner can't communicate much, although be can say a few words in German.
