Big and comfortable for 5 people

My strong dissatisfaction regarding a series of unacceptable incidents and severe deficiencies during our 4-night stay at your property. Specifically, I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: Breach of privacy and loss of personal items during check-out: Just one minute after the official check-out time (10:01 in the morning of 09.08.2026), the housekeeping staff entered our room without warning, while one of our fellow travelers was still inside. This unexpected intrusion violated our privacy and caused immense rush and confusion. As a direct result of this sudden disruption, we unfortunately forgot personal belongings inside the room. Complete lack of housekeeping and basic amenities: Throughout our entire 4-night stay, the trash cans were never emptied, and we were not provided with any toilet paper. It is unacceptable for guests to be forced to manage basic hygiene supplies on their own. The new clean towels that were given to us, were left in a black plastic bag next to the door. Severe access and safety issues: Although our reservation was for 5 adults, we were provided with only one (1) key. Reaching our room required unlocking three consecutive doors. We were also not informed how to get out of the yard. Your refusal to provide a second key resulted in us getting locked out one night, forcing us to desperately coordinate via WhatsApp with you just to gain entry to the building. Hygiene issues due to lack of pest control: The apartment had a noticeable infestation of ants and small cockroaches. While we understand the building is old (built in 1900), this points to a severe lack of proper pest control and maintenance.Our overall experience was far below acceptable standards and certainly not worth the price we paid. The management of these issues was highly unprofessional.

The apartment was extremely nice and clean. The hosts went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone trying to stay close to the sights!

Mi-a plăcut ca este într-o zonă liniștită, ajungi ușor la metrou , ai restaurante bune în apropiere , supermarket, cofetărie. Apartamentul este spațios, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie , paturi confortabile.

El alojamiento estaba bastante céntrico. Los colchones muy cómodos. Todo correcto en cuanto a limpieza. Es un bajo en un edificio antiguo, pero no se oyen ruidos de la calle, muy bien insonorizado

Las duchas son muy estrechas. Para gente corpulenta no cabes. Muy incomodas. En los baños faltaban toalleros y alguna percha. En la habitación de matrimonio un espejo grande en el suelo, sin colgar. Las dos camas separadas hacían mucho ruido y tuvimos que fijarlas con unos cartones para que no se movieran. No hay microondas en la cocina pero si hay horno.
