Mi-a plăcut ca este într-o zonă liniștită, ajungi ușor la metrou , ai restaurante bune în apropiere , supermarket, cofetărie. Apartamentul este spațios, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie , paturi confortabile.

El alojamiento estaba bastante céntrico. Los colchones muy cómodos. Todo correcto en cuanto a limpieza. Es un bajo en un edificio antiguo, pero no se oyen ruidos de la calle, muy bien insonorizado

Las duchas son muy estrechas. Para gente corpulenta no cabes. Muy incomodas. En los baños faltaban toalleros y alguna percha. En la habitación de matrimonio un espejo grande en el suelo, sin colgar. Las dos camas separadas hacían mucho ruido y tuvimos que fijarlas con unos cartones para que no se movieran. No hay microondas en la cocina pero si hay horno.

We rented this property in mid-May. Andrea—the manager—is outstanding. Anytime I had questions via WhatsApp, she answered very quickly. This is a gated apartment building. I appreciated the pictures (and a video) of how to get into the property. This apartment is directly across from a full service market (prepared foods, fresh vegetables, baked goods, coffee…). This is also close to a grocery store. There can be some street noise. This apartment is on the first floor. The beds are very firm but many soft pillows can supplement. The two bedrooms are large. The two bathrooms are helpful. There is also a single bed next to the kitchen. Great cross ventilation when windows are open. Hot water is tankless so plenty. In Rome we found out that only a certain amount of energy can be used at one time. We could not use the oven and the stove at the same time —we had to use the breaker to turn it back on—it was easy to do. You cannot have air conditioning on and the stove or oven (just be aware). The table can fit 6+ for eating (we met friends in Rome, so this was helpful for a meal). Enough flatware, dishes, pots and pans for simple cooking for 4+. Coffee pods were hard to find in grocery (we ended up going across the street to the market). No dish towels. No oven mittens for hot items out of the oven. WIFI is strong.

Andrea solved any issues we had, but having dirty bedding the first night was a little off putting. Andrea also added our missing towels. Management is highly responsive and the reason I am very happy with our experience.
