The property is very spacious, with good storage, comfy beds and - helpfully with adult children - two bathrooms. There’s a nice new coffee machine in the kitchen, which though small is well stocked. Property owner Lorenzo was easy to reach and very helpful, a real gent. The location is perfect. If you want easy access to all the sites/sights, but don’t want to have to deal with the hurly-burly 24/7, the Testacchio district is ideal, a lovely little community in itself - good restaurants, cafes, etc.
Honestly, nothing - would visit again. Thank you, Lorenzo!

This place was amazing! Loved the location. Testaccio is wonderful. Everything was so close.Several Restaurants within a block were terrific. I highly recommend Felice. Circus max apt was spotless clean & had everything we needed incl espresso machine that we all loved. AC was great. Lorenzo was very helpful w 2 small problems we had. Can't say enough about how all 6 of us loved this place. Would definitely return.
Nothing we didn't like. Did have to use taxis to get to some major attractions. Didn't use metro but it was pretty close.

Great location, close to metro, Testacio is amazing for food. Nice building and overall appartment. There was a nice expresso machine and coffee. Host was responsive. Check in was easy.
On our check in: 4 of the 6 beds we use had dirty sheets, including with blood and other stains, which basically ruined our initial impression. The host replaced them next day. We were 6 people and the third bedroom felt very small with 2 beds from a folding sofa. The living room was small for our group.
