Na plus świetna lokalizacja, pastylka do otwierania drzwi, dobrze zaprojektowane wnętrze, odpowiednia ilość pościeli.
Minusem był problem z wodą pod prysznicem, (szybko kończyła się ciepła woda) oraz słabe ciśnienie w krainie w łazience. Mała ilość półek i wieszaków w łazience. W kuchni tępy nóż, przydałaby się mikrofala do szybkiego podgrzania, miseczki, ręcznik papierowy. Pokój na piętrze mało przytulny i zimniejszy niż na dole, nie chciało się iść wieczorem na górę :). Brakuje wycieraczki, która by zapobiegła roznoszeniu piachu i śniegu po podłodze. Dobrze, że jest odkurzacz.
