Очень просторная и чистая квартира. Хороший ремонт. Красиво. Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха и проживания. Близко к центру города, прогулочным шагом минут 10-15. Все комнаты очень просторные, нет ощущения тесноты или заставленности мебелью.
Единственный минус это то, что окна выходят на улицу, которая очень загружена транспортом и невозможно открыть окно и проветрить для свежести. Но есть кондиционер, поэтому в квартире всегда прохладно и комфортно

- Host - Late checkout (14:00) without additional costs - Decent overall quality
- Challenging parking or no parking - Bathtub didn’t work well - Hot water only from the boiler - impossible to take a bath properly - Too bright bedroom - no proper curtains - Many small glitches in the apartment: light bulbs, etc. - Nee building.. Construction is still ongoing around - Not really central
