Nice quite location. Clean rooms. Nice property. Special gifts for pets.
The connect code for the internet did not work, but after calling the 800 number we were assigned a code that worked.

The location and ample parking
The room was clean but smelled a bit moldy. Probably all hotels in the middle of a rain forest have this issue.

We did not have breakfast there. We had stayed there in years past and love the location. Room seemed upgraded/remodeled and I liked the newer AC/heat units. TV was nice too.
We missed seeing any human who was a representative of the property. It gave us an impersonal experience...not alot different than the old Automats. Price seemed to have a number of hidden fees. This was not limited to this property on this trip, but another property not managed by Vacasa. The hidden fees took the cost per night up to the point we would not have booked it (and likely not booked the other property either). Once we discovered the fees, we couldn't cancel in that first 24 hours without yet another penalty fee. This will affect our choices to stay going forward.
