    I reserved and paid for a Studio Suite with one queen bed because I specifically wanted the larger room with the kitchenette so we could cook our own meals. After informing the hotel that I had a service dog, I was told I needed to be moved to a different room because they have designated pet-friendly rooms due to guest allergies. I understand the need to accommodate guests with allergies, but I was disappointed that I was moved from the larger suite I reserved to a much smaller standard room with two queen beds and no kitchenette, without being offered an equivalent room or any adjustment in price. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff at check-in was friendly. Unfortunately, my experience after checkout made things worse. I was charged *** for alleged stains on the hotel's linens without anyone contacting me first or providing any photos or evidence. I always travel with and use my own bedding and towels, so this charge came as a complete surprise. Hotels absolutely have the right to charge for legitimate damage, but guests should be shown documentation before their card is charged. Transparency goes a long way. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but not receiving the room I reserved and then being charged after checkout without evidence left me disappointed. I hope management reviews these practices so future guests have a better experience.

    Someone had peed on the end of the bed. Male employee was put out and didn’t want to help. Lady behind the counter super kind. However, just new sheets. They did not change the mattress. No form of compensation. “We have new cleaning staff”. Sorry, that is just not doing your job. That is not changing your sheets after there has been a guest in the room. Police patrolled and arrested people in the parking lot. Staff said that homeless get a room, clean up and then get their money back. Generally felt unsafe
