Appartamento Centrale con vista mare Alghero

It was really good place, where you find everything you need.

It was kinda dusty.

Posizione centrale a due passi da Alghero città.

Innanzitutto l’appartamento è situato al quarto piano senza ascensore e questo non è segnalato nell’annuncio. Lavastoviglie non funzionante e attaccando due condizionatori salta spesso la luce .

La vista de ambos ambientes es espectacular! El departamento cómodo y funcional. La cocina completa y bien equipada

Queda en el 4to piso y la señal de wifi es casi nula

the building had scaffolding around it for 4 days from arrival with no prior notice. 7 flights of stairs and 61 steps with no lift. toilet seat was broken , which was notified on arrival and told it would not be fixed. lack of glasses. no kettle. no toaster. minimal wardrobe space and difficult to access. whole apartment needs updating, very dated. no access to the roof space although the photos show the stairs (although roof terrace is not on listing)
