Very close to the beach, nice modern building

All three sleaping areas are in the same space, cant be separated.

Anne babamızla ve oğlumuzla geldik Herkesin kendi tuvaleti oldu. İki tanede büyük banyosu var. Dekorasyonlar çok güzel ve yeniydi. Ütü bile vardı. Ev sahipleri çok iyiydi her istediğimizi eksiğimizi hemen karşıladılar bize şemsiye bile verdiler plajda şezlong parası vermedik Kahvaltımızı Her gün bahçede yaptık. Otopark alanında elektrikli araç şarj alanı da var. Konum olarak çok ortada kaldığı için bu aynı zamanda bir avantaj da oldu. Yola hemen bağlanıp gideceğiniz yere gidebiliyorsunuz. 3 gece kaldık genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle burayıda değerlendiririm.

İnternet çok yavaş, önünde bölgenin en işlek yolu var arka planda sürekli bir araba sesi var, ve evden çıkarken de bu yola bağlanmk oldukça zorladı bizi. plaja çok yakın ama hiç bir işletme yok, yürüme mesafesinde hiç bir yer yok markete ya da denize sürekli araba ile gitmek zorundaydık

Special Thanks to Eleni: Due to a system error, the villa was sold to us with breakfast included, even though breakfast wasn't actually available. However, Eleni resolved this issue in a way that fully satisfied us. Because of Eleni's smiling face, positive energy, and kindness, I did not deduct any points for this mishap and gladly gave the property the 10 points it truly deserves. Property & EV Charging: The complex consists of only 4 villas, making it very peaceful. There is a parking lot for 4 cars, and best of all, they have installed two electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the parking area—a very thoughtful and modern amenity! Terrace & Private Garden: The villa has a huge, beautiful lawn garden entirely private to this unit. On the terrace, there was a wonderful 4-person jacuzzi. Right between the terrace and the lawn, under a large parasol, there were two sun loungers and a very comfortable outdoor sofa. The Villa & Kitchen: Everything was perfect and sparkling clean for 6 people. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, even a toaster. Having bathrobes for everyone in addition to towels was a wonderful touch. Coffee capsules were refilled daily. Bathroom amenities were high quality and fully stocked. Beach & The Sea: The beach is easily accessible via a short path from the clean garden. There are no organized beach clubs, which meant ultimate peace and quiet for us. We didn't need sun umbrellas because of the natural tree shade on the beach. The initial entry consists of large pebbles and slightly mossy rocks, so sea shoes are a must. However, it quickly gets deep, the seabed turns into moss-free white sand, and you are met with a stunningly clear turquoise sea.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was amazing. However, to make the stay even more perfect and safe improvements could be made in these two areas: 1 - It would be great to add a canopy or shade over the car parking area. 2- When driving out of the property onto the main road, the advertising sign with the property’s name on the left blocks the view, making it hard to see oncoming traffic from the left. Adjusting its position slightly would be much safer.
