Clear and direct instructions, even went to explain little quirks for unlocking main door that others may have left out. Attention to detail in communication with this apartment was unreal

Nice location, nice newly renovated apartment, everything new and well mentained, nice bathroom, quite aratrment, friendly staff that had an office in the near and we feld good that we can go and talk to real people if needed!
There was no contact phone number listed on the booking website. We initially had some trouble receiving the access codes. We arrived from Canada and were using a European phone number and mobile data.
We stayed for three weeks. We recommend changing the bed linen and towels every seven days for guests staying for an extended period!

The instructions for retrieving the key were clear, but they need to be updated. According to the instructions, we would get a physical key from a small box outside the front door. However, the front door has an electronic lock, and it wasn't necessary to retrieve the key — we just had to enter the code.
The apartment is very well furnished and clean, but very noisy. Even with the door closed, I could hear a lot of noise from the hallways. Every footstep from the upstairs neighbors can be heard, and I imagine the downstairs neighbors can also hear the noise coming from my apartment
