Es luminoso y silencioso. Estaba muy limpio y la cama y el sofá cama son cómodos. Está cerca del centro y se puede ir andando a muchos de los lugares de interés andando.
No nos mandaron las instrucciones para el check-in ni para el check-out hasta que les preguntamos. Faltaba menaje (éramos 4 y solo había 3 vasos, tres tazas, tres cucharas grandes y ninguna pequeña…) las sartenes estaban muy viejas (necesitan un cambio).

広々としたリビング。地下鉄路線全部とまるTrindade 駅から数分。ご近所は庶民的な雰囲気。隣は有人のコインランドリー兼荷物預かり所なので便利。
日本式だと4階ですがエレベーター無し。でも階段は広めで歩きやすかった。

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG mit gepflegtem Treppenhaus. Gut zu Fuß von der Metrostation Tindade zu erreichen (Metrolinie E vom Flughafen aus). Die Lage ist günstig für Touren durch die Stadt und sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung braucht dringend mal eine Grundreinigung (Essensrest im Eisfach, Staub auf vielen Flächen bzw. Griffspuren auf Türen und Möbel, leere Chipstüte unter dem Sessel) Die Handtücher haben graue Flecken. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung in kurzen Abständen an Tagestouristen vermietet wird.

Primeiro, eu não sabia que o apartamento ficava no 3º andar do prédio (isto não é claramente divulgado), e sem elevador. Segundo, o apartamento é muito devasso para 3 pessoas, já que onde fica a cama de casal não tem uma vedação para o restante da acomodação.
