this is a flat. with all the facilities you need - washing machine, free internet, air condition in each room, fully equipped kitchen.
the location is very close to few super markets.
20min walk from the sea main tourist location
taxi to the airport - 25euro (very early in the morning); 11 euros to Larnca mall
Joe, the focal point, very responsive. after few feedbacks to him - the flat is great to stay in.
the only minor downside is the showers maintenance.

Quite spacious, decent equipment, not far from the city center
No heating in winter, so cold and damp
Lack of basic kitchen items (salt, sugar, spices, detergent) which is standard for short-term stays
Only 1 key chain for tenants, penalty for splitting the keys
