Maryam's 2-BR Apt Facing Larnaca Harbor With Pool

Large spacious 2 double bedroom penthouse flat with various balconies including a rooftop solarium balcony which is part of the flat

Fittings are a bit dated some of the cupboard sliding doors and doors to the rooms don’t close propane bathroom fittings including taps showing signs of age

the property was excellent value for money - although a little bit of a walk (about 15-20 mins) from Finikoudes the property was very spacious with great facilities for the price we paid

Modern and clean facilities, in a lovely building with pretty much everything you could need for a self catering holiday. A lovely Chinese restaurant, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. Excellent value for money.

The location was good, because we had a car and didn't mind the 25 minute walk to all the main bars/restaurants and marina, but might not be everyone's ideal location. We didn't use the pool as it was quite small and cold and there was no furniture around the pool. A lounger or two would have encouraged us to use it, and there were no beach towels.

Great apartment, well equipped. We had a couple of issues with broken items but the host was excellent and got the items replaced quickly. The main strip in Larnaca is only 1.2KM away so an easy walk. There is a large supermarket / grocery store only 500m away. There is almost a 360 degree view from the roof terrace. The pictures show some loungers up on the roof but we did not use it as there was no furniture.

These are minor points (and would make the review a 10), but we we have liked more pillows. (they were flat so ideal for a back sleeper) A softer bed, the beds are on the firm side (but then we are used to a soft bed). A Toaster in the kitchen, there is room also room for a dishwasher in the kitchen which would be a good addition. A bigger TV and I think the sofa could do with replacing.
