The spaciousness of the entire flat/apartment.
There is a pump outside (outdoor) of the main bedroom. You can hear it turn on and off throughout the night. At times, it kept us up as we’re light sleepers. I’m not sure whether anything can be done about it (we didn’t complain). We were fortunate to be able to move into the 2nd bedroom to avoid the concern.

Great location as well as the facilities which is ideal for a family holiday in Catania. Personal was good at the check in.
I’m would have loved a bit more of thought around breakfast. Just coffee and tea it’s still fine bit I do not think is enough this days.

Very clean and well organized
There was a lot of noice from the water dispenser which made it difficult to sleep and rest.
Also the staff for the check out was not friendly and she pressured although we had informed and agreed on late check out for an hour
$$$$
