About this house rental
Summary:
Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, and right across the street from 8th St market & the Momentary. Short walking distance to Walmart HQ. My place is wonderful for the outdoor adventurer as I am close to tons of beautiful biking, walking trails & a waterfall. My place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, and family activities. You'll love my place for how conveniently located it is!
The Space:
This cool cozy space is designed to be enjoyable and feel at home after a long day of exploring all that Downtown Bentonville has to offer. Whether its an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed, one has a Queen, the last one has 2 twin beds.
Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard.
The Neighborhood:
I am close to all that Downtown Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas has to offer. I am also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office ( very close walking distance, quarter of a mile or less. Walking distance to Thaden School, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops!
Getting Around:
Walk, bike, Uber, drive.
Other Things to Note:
We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.
I am always available to give local tips, good eats, and make your stay a memorable experience you can always look back on.

We had some issues with the A/C while we were there, and the property team was SO accommodating, kind, and solution-oriented. We loved our stay, and the location couldn't have been more perfect! Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet. The only real problem is that the ice maker in the fridge doesn't work. Solved that with a bag of ice, but it would have been nice to have ice when we first arrived.

The house was perfect for us. Next door to the start of the Hincapie Fondo and it worked out great. Super convenient and big back yard. House was wonderful. It is close to the Momentary and the first night there was a concert. You could hear the music in the house but thankfully the concert was over by 10:30 and all was well. Thanks again!

Good location just south of downtown. Garage space was great for storing bikes (or you car if it starts hailing like it did when we were there). Access to a backyard is a huge plus when you are traveling with dogs. The condition of the house and property was consistent with the price we paid. We were very happy with it.
