-mehr normale Trinkgläser bei vier Personen, wenn der Geschirrspüler nur voll beladen ( der Umwelt zu Liebe) genutzt werden soll
- mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer
- mehr Handtuchstangen/-Halter im Bad
-Käsereibereibe könnte noch nachgerüstet werden
-Neue, saubere Wohnung, sehr großzügig
- freundlicher Hausmeister
-zweiter Stellplatz wurde zur Verfügung gestellt
