Choose luxury 3-bedroom villa in Kastela, Trogir Riviera for your next vacation in Croatia. This stunning modern villa is located right on the seafront and has private access to the beach. We recommend it to families with children or groups of friends.
Beachfront Villa Tota with Pool is designed to provide outstanding comfort and luxury of the vacation on the Mediterranean.
It extends over 2 floors and it has 220 m2 of a residential area. The property in total has 600 m2. Here you can find a large 32 m2 heated swimming pool, private garden, private parking lot, and direct access to the beach.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and the Wi-Fi Internet is available in all areas indoor and outdoor areas of the villa.
It is modernly designed, with large glass doors on both floors, allowing lots of natural light to come through the villa.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a large living room with sofas and a smart TV. It opens directly to the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table are also located on the ground floor. Here you will find everything needed for preparing delicious meals when you want. Moreover, one of the bathrooms is also on the ground floor.
The upper floor is a more intimate zone with 3 bedrooms. Each has a king-size bed, balcony and sea views.
The exterior of the villa is beautifully decorated. The large pool and sun deck offer sea views. There is a landscaped green lawn perfect for children to play on.

Nearby are beautiful beaches, many restaurants, and cafes. Popular day trips from Kastela are island hopping tours to Blue Cave, islands Brac and Hvar. For a land tour, we recommend visiting Krka National Parks, which is less than 1 hour by car away.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed here for a week in July, 2 adults and two kids. The views are just jaw-dropping, and the convenience of just walking out the back gate and going for a walk by the sea to the local town, just can’t be beat.
We also had friends stop by for couple of nights, (with 2 kids), and the house was big enough for eight of us.
Swimming in the sea was also amazing, just walk out the back gate and do whatever you want, jump off rocks, swim, paddle board, at any time of the day or night, (pack some water shoes, as there are areas with rocks). Our kids had a blast with that. We also drove to Split a few times, it’s about 30 min away and the drive is very easy.
The owner was also very attentive. At the check-In I mentioned that it would be nice to have some firewood for using the chiminea or for barbecuing, and the next morning we found a basket of firewood and a bag of charcoal for us to use.
All that is to say that this place is awesome, we loved it and would stay here again and again.
