Condo was next to the road, lots of road noise at night. Overall, the condo was very nice , clean and well apportioned. Check in went very well and was well organized. We would stay there again.

Our family stayed here for a week and loved how close we were to the south side of Jaco beach! We could walk out the back gate and the water was right there! Puddlefish Brewery along with a great little coffee shop were just around the corner. Downtown Jaco was an easy 5 minute drive. The home itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and communication with the hosts was excellent! The complex is in a gated community and we felt very safe.I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a family friendly location on the beach!

Loved it! Everything was fabulous from the minute we booked until after we left. Petra and Anca were on top of everything and responded quickly to every question we asked - including providing spot-on recommendations for where to go and what to do. The house is lovely and a stone's throw from the beach. It was very well-appointed - we didn't need anything. In fact, we bought things we thought we might need and they were already on site. We brought all 4 kids ranging in age from college to middle school and stayed 7 days and it never felt cramped. So glad we listened to the other reviews and chose this place.
