Santa Margerita Palazzino Apartment

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly want for a stay. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Wonderfuly furnished. Brilliant communication from the host. Short walk to lovely restaurants - our favourites were BeBirgu and the Date Art Cafe (amazing breakfasts on their sun terrace) - and a 6 min walk to the water taxi to Valletta for all the sights (do check out Cafe Jubilee!). Benbow Cafe doesn't look marvellous but does incredible takeaway pasta. We had am amazing few days and it was brilliant value for money all round.

It is a beautiful apartment with lovely authentic details in a beautiful building full of history. A plus is in the beautiful calm Birgu, 5mns away from too touristic Valletta. Last but not least, Peter is an amazing host that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a wonderful experience!

Location was great, lovely area, quite a few reasonable restaurants, attractive apartment, well fitted out. The host was very charming and helpful about places to visit.

The fact that although there was two bathrooms, one well fitted out and a good size the en-suite bathroom was small and there was nowhere to hang the towels and no towel rail or radiator to dry the them so the towels were always wet. Not very comfortable or pleasant to use. We were there a fortnight and were only supposed to have one lot of towels each but after speaking to the owner he gave us two more sets each but as they were wet after the first use it wasn’t the best.

Amazing historical place, very spacious and beautiful interior with style. Great location with easy access to public transport & parking. Quiet, beautiful view and great cafes and restaurant nearby. Superb recommendations by host, clear and easy communication and perfect service.
