Luxury Villa San Borondón private heated pool Free Car except Christmas

Lidia the host of the property is a gem, she is so helpful and really did make it a better holiday. The villa is lovely and had everything for our family which was Mum / Dad and 22,21,17,17 children. The pool and games room were very well used. It was very clean throughout.

The AC had a couple of issues which Lidia had sorted very quickly. These were obviously the result of maintenance not being done as it should so they could improve on that. It was working as it should when we left. The beds were not the best but tolerable. The villa only had two parasols for 6 sun beds. We got a broken one replaced but when I asked the grumpy maintenance man for a third he said no as there wasn’t a base. More like he couldn’t be bothered going getting one. There is a €300 refundable deposit on arrival. There is also a sneaky €50 fee which has to be cash if you arrive after 8pm. This is poor but given the service Lidia gave us after that I’m ok with it. All of the above would not stop us booking again however the location would stop us going back. The villa is part of the Panorámica Heights complex. It’s at the top of a very steep hill. It’s a 30 min walk down to Fañabe which is hard going especially in the heat and no fun. Walking up hill would be impossible. We ended up with taxis up and down which cost between €7-12 , mostly €8. Loads of shady drivers adding airport surcharges. We like to walk on holiday but there is no nice walks from the front door of the villa.

The view is lovely and the pool is lovely and heated also ther is a bbq it’s good ther is a car provided as it is a bit hilly the sofa in basement is so comfortable and the tv with prime very spacious and clean

The property had everything you needed. Very private and really enjoyed the games room with the children.

There was nothing telling you how high up the location was .
