The only down side was the leg to the upstairs they were work man and was up very early and sounded like they were dragging furniture about which woke me up every morning. And the smell of cannabis was strong.
We used it as a holiday let. So yourself renting to workman was a bad thing .

Location fine. Not well equipped but cleaner bought a lamp and a tea towel and three glasses. Worst thing was it smelt horrible.
