Le manque d’informations à la remise des clés (dans un magasin de location de skis). Pas d’informations sur parking, où se trouve l’immeuble. (juste adresse sur enveloppe)…

All keys in one go which included car park keys. Overall the apartment was nice with views of the mountains, clean and convenient for lifts and town. It had all you need for a week long stay.
Attitude of the shop assistant giving me the keys. Answer to every question was 'not my job'. It would be easier to text the code to the building and have a key locker inside. The towels and bedding could be better organised. There was none on our arrival.
