Le studio est bien aménagé. Je dirai petite studette intime sous les toits. Les huisseries sont en bon état. Tout fonctionne ou presque....
Le sommier du canapé lit grince à chaque mouvement, dommage mais pas dramatique il y a probablement une solution (graisse sur les ressorts). La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionne pas. Une fois allumée la tv affiche no signal malgré la box demarrée (dont d'hdmi n'était pas branché). J'ai essayé d'allumer la box avant puis après... Finalement mon pc a fait le taf... 72€ dont 21% de réduction genius ? De mon expérience des différentes plateformes depuis +15 ans le prix est excessif. Ça ne vaut pas plus de 65€.
