Great location brilliant communication.

Easy access to the property on arrival, air conditioning, all crockery you could need in the kitchen, and extra bedding provided.

Location not accurate had to walk a bit to find the apartment but only took a few minuites so not terrible

The quiet location made it a good choice for an overnight stay

The space and the cooking facilities.

There were no wine glasses, no large bowls, but 6 pint glasses. The toilet flush was partly broken. We didn’t like the waterproof mattress protector - they make you sweat. The settee was uncomfortable.

Bien mais beaucoup de points négatifs

Freebox, place de parking privée, clim réversible, balcon, machine à laver, sèche-cheveux

Canalisation bouchée dans la salle de bain, eau croupie dans un tiroir de salle de bain, torchon trempé dans tiroir, frigo ne fait pas beaucoup de froid au maximum, verres sales, dégradation du crépi dans une chambre

Sin mas, piso para pasar una noche.

Nada en especial.

El piso cuando entramos estaba con mucho calor. Veníamos con nuestros hijos y tuvimos que esperar a que se airease y se enfriara el piso para poder entrar. De todas formas en las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado y hacían calor incluso abriendo las ventanas. Menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche.

Prijs- kwalitatief zeer goed en een echte aanrader als tussenstop voor een gezin.

Echt een mooi appartement, al waren er wat min puntjes. Min puntje was dat niet alles in de omgeving te koop was. Boodschappen moest met de auto. Maar verder alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Ook de bank ik de woonkamer was een slaapbank dus je kon er makkelijk met een groot gezin verblijven (6pers.)

De bedden waren erg hard, in de ochtend rugpijn van overgehouden. De badkamer was nog niet klaar. We moesten later op de avond pas douchen want de kit was nog niet droog. Ook was er geen ophangpunt voor de douchekop dat moest waarschijnlijk nog opgehangen worden. De beweegbare glazen douchewand was erg hinderlijk hij bewoog steeds naar je toe als je onder de douche stond. En douchen in een bad is nooit een voorkeur van mij geweest ivm het gevaar van uitglijden.

Schoon, comfortabel en fris

Het was er erg schoon. De bedden waren erg fijn. En Sabrina is in contact erg prettig. Ik ben er met 2 kinderen geweest. Het was er prima voor een overnachting om vervolgens door te rijden naar Spanje!

De bedden, de ruime ruimte. Het ligt dicht bij veel supermarktketens. Dus als je snel wat moet halen is het in de buurt.

Appartement agréable pour un court séjour !

Appartement agréable, plutôt confortable avec une bonne literie, situé à 5 minutes du centre ville en voiture.

En revanche, nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait quelques équipements ( seulement 3 couteaux, 2 petites cuillères, manque de couteaux à viande). De plus, malgré la propreté irréprochable de l’appartement, nous avons du relaver tous les ustensiles de cuisine et assiettes car il n’était pas totalement propre ( trace d’utilisation antérieur).

Saubere, helle und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Valence

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber, hell und klimatisiert. Die Küche kpl. ausgestattet. Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, war aber vorhanden. Wir konnten unseren PKW direkt vor dem Haus parken. Einen zweiten PKW mussten wir auf der Strasse parken, es war aber eine angenehme und ruhige Wohngegend, also kein Problem. Kleiner Spaziergang in die Stadt und in einen sehr schönen Park in wenigen Minuten möglich. Bad und Toilette getrennt, das war sehr angenehm.

Es hat alles gepasst, es war ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen.

Die Wohnung ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn die Gartenstühle auf dem Balkon schon aufgestellt gewesen wären.

Die Wohnung hätte noch ein bisschen freundlicher dekoriert sein können. Im Schlafzimmer wäre es schön, wenn ein richtiger Schrank aufgebaut wäre, nicht nur ein Regal mit Vorhang.
