la proximité par rapport au centre-ville, ainsi que la facilité à se garer et l’accessibilité à l’étage
le problème au niveau de l’insonorisation dans l’appartement ainsi que le bruit au niveau des escaliers, mais je pense que c’est dû à la vétusté des escaliers
