Perfect location, very very nice staff
When we booked the rooms, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because the listed facilities stated that air conditioning was available. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
Considering that outdoor temperatures were already above 30°C, it is unreasonable to offer rooms without air conditioning during such a hot period. What made the situation even more disappointing was that there was not even a single fan available in the room.
The room became extremely warm and uncomfortable, which significantly affected our stay and the quality of our sleep. If air conditioning is not available, this should be clearly stated on the booking platform so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
Overall, we felt misled by the information provided and were very disappointed by this aspect of our stay.
