This modern, newly built semi-detached house offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to 5 people. Two bedrooms are on the first floor; another bedroom is upstairs. It is centrally located in Hage, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. All shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. A great starting point for walks and excursions.

The bright living-dining room invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy your vacation with an exciting book or a good movie.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more to help you prepare the perfect dinner. There’s also a large TV in the kitchen, so you won’t have to miss the news even while enjoying a leisurely breakfast.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms—2 on the first floor (one with a double bed (180×200) and one with a single bed (90×200)). Another bedroom is located upstairs and features a double bed (180×200).

The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is the perfect way to start your day. A washing machine is also available here.

The modern sunroom, with windows that all open, is the perfect place to linger on balmy evenings with a cool glass of wine or while enjoying a barbecue together.

On sunny days, you can of course also relax on the patio. Garden furniture and free Wi-Fi are, of course, provided.

The entire duplex is equipped with radiant floor heating, and the first floor features exterior blinds.

A parking space under a carport and an outdoor storage shed at the back of the garden are also available to you free of charge.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the vacation rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Dogs are allowed in this vacation rental. Cats are not permitted.
