About this villa rental
The house has just been redone in April 2022, with style and comfort. It’s a family house offering all amenities to feel like home on the most amazing Greek island.
Authentic villa with old stones in a calm charming neighbourhood, preserved from tourism.
Ideally located in one of the oldest village of the island : Velianitatika, 15min walking distance to Gaios (main port) 20min walking distance to Mongonissi.
There is also a little supermarket in the village , at the end of the street, 1min walking.
You would only need a car to go to Lakka or Logos, the two other ports of the islands. The are two parking spots in front of the house.
If you want to visit the whole island, we recommend renting a car or a scooter. But you can access restaurants , cafes, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, everything you would need by walking as the house is situated 15 min walking from Gaios, the main port.
Gaios is the main village, opened all year long, with a lot of restaurants, shops, bank, car rentals, post office, ferry, … etc. The two others are Lakka and Logos (closed in low season).
30min walking distance from Magazia and Gaios new harbour (ferry to and from Corfu)*
Pool is 100% natural with countercurrent swimming engine (optional)
No child protection on the pool
The pool is 1,50m deep, 10m long
Super equipped kitchen, washing machine, two fridges.
2 stoves. One in dining room and second in living room.
Ceiling fans in every room. Air conditioning in every bedroom.
Flowers and olive trees everywhere in the garden.

This is a gorgeous property, fully renovated with a beautiful pool and garden, and a professional kitchen in a quiet village. It was the perfect setting for a family gathering. Our host was very responsive and attended quickly to our requests.
